The front desk manger Gabriel was very very professional and the best part my husband and I enjoyed seeing him daily and was helpful and offered us a first class treatment. We will come back to the same hotel to see Gabriel . We miss him already. The rooms are very spacious and high ceiling… floor is shiny and no carpet. The view is amazing facing water and Burj Khalifa. The balcony is a bonus to feel like home.

Location, for us being in real Dubai was important. Great access to train stations and many shops and supermarkets around. Upgraded to a one bed on checkin which was most appreciated. All staff were attentive and proffesional

The location of the hotel: close to the creek, shopping centre, the Gold Souk, metro is just a stone throw away. This is the unparalleled advantage which this hotel enjoys.

The staff is really great, they’re determined to make your stay wonderful. Every single person of the staff is doing a great job, so compliments to everyone! We stayed here last year as well everyone of the staff remembered us and gave us a warm welcome. Winfrida helped met to get a taxi when I had to leave and even helped me with my luggage! Furthermore the room is clean, the room service is amazing. The price vs what you get is great! We got an upgrade again, the room is very spacious.

Modern hotel , amazing view on the canal at night, near the water taxi stand. Great location just cross the canal in the water taxi and u reached the Grand Souk
